When the withdrawal method is missing
A deposit option does not automatically establish that the same method is available for withdrawals from your account.
The distinction that matters
Separate a method's general description from what is offered for the current account, currency and direction. Availability may depend on stated conditions that must be checked with the operator. Avoid trying unrelated payment accounts to make a button appear; the relevant question is which documented route applies to your existing balance.
A worked example
You deposited using a card but the withdrawal screen does not list that card. A useful support request gives the method category and asks for the permitted withdrawal procedure. It does not include a full card number in an ordinary email or assume that a bank transfer must be allowed.
Your next steps
- Check the withdrawal section rather than the deposit page.
- Read any method-specific conditions.
- Ask through the verified account support channel.
- Keep the response and case reference before taking another action.
Where this answer stops
This guide does not state which methods a particular operator accepts. Do not make another deposit solely to test availability. If the answer is unclear, leave the transaction unresolved while obtaining the correct instructions.
