Privacy & your information

Useful tools without collecting player details.

Tools stay on your device

Website addresses, calculator inputs, checklist choices and local search text are processed in your browser. They are not sent to our server. The website loads a common evidence file for its tools; that request does not contain your input. Local downloads are created on your device.

Cookies and tracking

The public website uses no advertising cookies, third-party analytics scripts or cross-site visitor identifiers. The private owner area uses authentication cookies and is separate from the public tools.

Aggregate tool counts

After a tool displays a result, the website sends its public page path and fixed action and result labels to our server. We add these to daily counters to see which tools are useful and where evidence is missing. The feature does not send your entered values, search text, website addresses, dates, amounts, checklist selections or draft message.

We store only a UTC calendar day, public page path, action label, result label and count. This feature stores no IP addresses, referrers, visitor identifiers or individual event records and uses no tracking cookies. Active counters are retained for 90 calendar days and are excluded from database backups. Repeated actions and bots may be counted; these are not counts of people, visits or organic search traffic. Hosting connection processing is described below.

Messages you choose to send

The contact and corrections forms send only the message and topic you submit, plus an email address if you choose to provide one, to our server. Messages are stored in the private editorial inbox for a maximum of 90 days and are then removed. An email address is optional; without it, we cannot reply directly. Do not send passwords, identity documents, payment details or private player-account information. We do not accept file uploads.

Messages are available to the site administrator for editorial enquiries and corrections. Contact messages are separate from tool inputs: using a calculator, address checker or local search does not send those inputs to the editorial inbox.

Hosting and security

The hosting provider necessarily processes connection information to deliver pages. Server access logs and security records may contain network information. Connection information may be used to limit abusive contact submissions. The public tools do not include your inputs in these requests.

Questions about privacy

You can use our editorial contact page for a privacy question or to request removal of a message you previously sent. Provide enough context to identify the message, but do not add sensitive account information.
