Preserve the record of an interrupted round
A disconnected screen does not reveal whether the underlying round was completed, cancelled or left unresolved.
The distinction that matters
Avoid treating the last visible animation as the authoritative settlement. Check the operator's account or game history and the documented interruption procedure. Record the connection error separately from the game outcome. If another wager would create a new event, do not use it as a diagnostic test.
A worked example
Your screen freezes after a stake appears to be deducted. A later history entry may contain a completed result, a reversal or another status. Those possibilities require different explanations. Preserve the original time and round reference so support can locate the correct event.
Your next steps
- Stop and record the visible error.
- Check the existing transaction history.
- Read the applicable interruption rule.
- Ask support to confirm the settlement state and reference.
Where this answer stops
This guide does not predict how a particular game handles disconnections. Never assume that a frozen animation proves a win or loss. Northline cannot recover a session or determine an account adjustment.
