Handle a VPN-related message without evading checks

A message mentioning a VPN should be resolved through the provider's normal support route, not through location spoofing.

The distinction that matters

Record the message and explain your connection setup accurately if support asks. A work network, privacy service or shared connection can complicate diagnosis, but Northline cannot determine the cause from a label. Do not alter location claims or use proxy services to appear inside a permitted area.

A worked example

You are physically in Ontario and an operator displays a network-related error. A useful query gives the error code and asks for its supported troubleshooting process. It does not ask which proxy will pass the check or whether another person's account will work.

Your next steps

  • Keep the exact message and time.
  • Follow only the verified provider's instructions.
  • Describe your situation honestly.
  • Leave gaming functions unused while the check remains unresolved.

Where this answer stops

This is not a network-configuration guide or a route around restrictions. A successful connection after a change does not independently establish compliance with the operator's terms or the applicable location rules.
