Request account history with a defined scope

A useful history request specifies the period, record type and purpose instead of asking for an undefined dump of everything.

The distinction that matters

Separate deposits, wagers, payouts, withdrawals and balance adjustments. Ask what fields and formats the operator can provide through its documented process. Keep the timezone and currency information because totals can otherwise be difficult to reconcile. Store the received file privately and preserve an untouched original.

A worked example

You want to investigate one withdrawal from a particular week. Requesting the relevant transaction and status history may be more useful than a screenshot of the current balance. If the records omit a transition time, mark it missing and ask a focused follow-up question.

Your next steps

  • Define the date interval and timezone.
  • Name the needed transaction types.
  • Ask for references and status timestamps where available.
  • Keep personal records off public forums and review websites.

Where this answer stops

This guide does not establish a statutory access right or a response deadline. The provider's process and applicable law may matter. Northline does not receive account exports or reconcile them on your behalf.
