Ask about records and balance after account closure
Closure, access restriction and balance settlement are separate statuses that need separate explanations.
The distinction that matters
Record the closure notice, date and reference, and ask how to obtain transaction records or address an unresolved balance. Do not assume that a closed sign-in page means every administrative process is complete. Also avoid assuming that opening a replacement account is permitted or useful.
A worked example
A fictional account closes while a payment query remains open. A useful follow-up identifies the existing case and asks which channel now handles it, what records remain available and how the payment's status can be confirmed. The request does not need a public post containing bank details.
Your next steps
- Keep the closure notice and existing case reference.
- Ask for the documented post-closure contact route.
- Request relevant records through that route.
- Keep balance questions separate from a request to resume play.
